Three homes by Magnus Ström. Type 1 and Type 3 on one level, Type 5 on two.
Choose size
Type 1 comes with two, three or four bedrooms. The house grows in length. Living room, dining and kitchen are the same in every size, and the bedroom at the far end always has its own bathroom.
Three bedrooms also brings a guest WC, store room and larder. Four bedrooms is the same plan with one more bedroom.
Living area 126, 158 or 173 m².
Included and Elevated
Everything in the price is called Included — a complete home where every material and system has been chosen by Magnus Ström. Elevated is available for Design, Comfort and Systems, and can be chosen separately or together.
Design
Magnus Ström has chosen every material.
Included: Schüco triple-glazed aluminium windows, Siemens iQ700 appliances, Bora induction hob and Mora taps. The kitchen is custom-built in our own joinery.
Elevated Design: large-format Living Ceramics tiles, SnickarPer pivot front door, Cocoon taps in brushed steel and Miele appliances.
Comfort
Included is already at a level most houses never reach.
Included: NIBE S735 exhaust-air heat pump with heat recovery and waterborne underfloor heating throughout.
Elevated Comfort: NIBE ground-source heating, cooling in every bedroom, Renson external solar shading and Silent Gliss electric blackout blinds.
Systems
Lighting is controlled throughout the house and the EV charger is in place when you move in.
Included: Plejd lighting control via app and wall switches. 11 kW three-phase EV charger. Pre-wired for an alarm.
Elevated Systems: KNX with Control4 — lighting, shading, climate, locks, alarm and audio in one system, controlled from app, panel or voice. Video doorbell with remote unlock and log. Alarm with motion sensors and door and window contacts. Bowers & Wilkins ceiling speakers in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
Pool & Terrace
A pool and terrace, optional and designed for the house.
Heated 10 × 4 m pool, up to 35 °C, with filtration and roller cover. Terrace in pressure-treated timber.
With Elevated Design the pool gets ceramic tiles, an automatic slatted cover and automatic dosing. The terrace gets Ipe decking.

Magnus Ström
Magnus Ström founded Ström Architects in 2010. The practice has twice won House of the Year at the British Homes Awards, its houses are published in Wallpaper* and Dezeen, and it has built in the UK, Sweden, Spain, the US and the Caribbean.

Ola Mattisson is a property developer in Stockholm. Since 2008 he has built architect-designed houses in some of Stockholm's most sought-after areas — one won the Municipality of Nacka's architecture award, another made the cover of Residence. He and Magnus Ström have worked together for ten years and built several houses together. Here he is the client's counterpart, from first conversation to handover.
